The organization
is also calling out to the community to support the Pet Project
in the fundraising evening. The evening will feature a doggie fashion
show with custom jewelry designed by Argenti Jewelers in Fort Lauderdale,
live and silent auctions of a variety of exciting items, services
and artwork donated by local merchants and supporters of The Pet
Project. There will be live entertainment, an open bar, and a wide
variety of scrumptious appetizers, dishes and desserts catered by
the top restaurants and catering companies of Fort Lauderdale. We
are featuring Polynesian flame dancer and drummer, and we will have
a classical string quartet to play during dinner.
$75 per person, $70 for couples or more each and $800 for a VIP
table for 10 persons includes open bar, food and entertainment.
Elegant attire, please.
All proceeds benefit The Pet Project, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation/charitable
organization whose dedicated goal is a true Labor of Love assisting
terminally ill people, who’s only companion may be their beloved
pet. Felix deBruin, Executive Director of The Pet Project, said
“This is a great way for the South Florida community to come
together, raise money to support an important charity, all while
enjoying the very best in South Florida cuisine and entertainment.”
deBruin added, “We are all looking for volunteers to help
pull this exciting evening together. Without the Pet Projects help
and financial support many people would lose their beloved cat or
dog due to the expenses they face with hospital stays, expenses
or merely the added expenses of vaccinations, prescriptions and
proper food to keep their pet healthy”.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact
Felix deBruin, and The Pet Project at (954) 568-5678 or visit www.petprojectforpets.org
